My story

SupportPath Therapy was born from a simple but deeply held conviction: that quality mental health care should be accessible, personal, and free from the barriers that keep too many people from getting the support they need. I founded SupportPath as a private telehealth practice so that adults across California, could access compassionate, evidence-based therapy without having to rearrange their lives to do it.

After more than a decade and a half working across a wide range of clinical settings including community mental health, families, adolescents, and adults navigating complex life circumstances, I knew I wanted to build a practice where clients feel seen as whole people, not just a set of symptoms. SupportPath is the result of that vision.

My Credentials

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Glendale, California, serving adults throughout California via telehealth. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California School of Social Work in 2007, and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton in 2005.

Over my 18-year career, I have worked with children, adolescents, families, adults, and couples across a wide range of clinical settings, including community mental health, the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health, and private practice. I believe I bring that breadth of experience to every session working with clients.

Values

You are the expert on yourself.

My role is to help you access and trust your own wisdom, not to prescribe a path, but to help you find yours.

Honest progress

I check in regularly to make sure therapy is actually helping. Your time and wellbeing matter.

Whole-person care

Your emotional, mental, physical, and cultural experiences are all interconnected. Therapy here addresses all of them.

Accessibility

Telehealth-only services mean fewer barriers — no commute, no waiting rooms, and evening sessions available.

Cultural sensitivity

Every client brings a unique background, identity, and lived experience. Care is always delivered within that context.

Non-judgment

Every session is a safe, confidential space where you can show up exactly as you are — no performance required.

SupportPath Therapy is proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming and Racial Justice Allied. All are welcome here. I actively work to create a space that honors and respects every identity, background, and lived experience.
